Hi Thomas,

MRL no longer makes the 'Wakefield', which is a pity as it was a good representation of that type of swrod. That said, there are better manufacturers who could undertake making one for you for a reasonable sum. Armour Class of Scotland has a semi-production model I eventually intend to add to my armoury, and it is less than 200 pounds. They make a first rate sword, far beytter than Windlass Steel., and it is for very little more money.

I recently wrote to Lutel in the Czech Republic asking about the same type of sword that you're referring to.They can make one for around $300 U.S.Dollars.I hope to be ordering mine in about a month or so.I believe the website is www.lutel.cz. You may want to send them a photo of the sword if you still have the Museum Replica catalog, so they'll know which sword you want.

Greetings Gentles, Yes the DT2159 should fit. I have played with one a few years back. Well fit pieces and almost perfectly balanced. That is a matter of personal preferance. The Hilt and Guard are very well done and functional. I only wish I had kept it. Oh well. Live and learn or dont live long.
