There are actually quite a few ... from Import valutions (Southampton, London Hull etc.) to cloth purchases and inventories (whether from wills or Hosehold books etc.) to legal accounts for maunfacture and export etc.

There is even an extant breakdown of the costs of cloth production from sheep to final market included in the English Historical Documents series for the c15th.

The real problem comes when you try to tally the cloths with what they actually looked like (weight etc.) There are some guides here in the legal requirements on cloth widths and weights but it's not a straightforward equation.

I've just re-hashed a cloth overview for The Company of Saynt George which should be in the next edition of Dragon ... this attempts to provide a unitary valuation per square quarter yard ... but this uses price ranges.
