Ok, a suppliers list is a fantastic idea, how about a book list to go with it?

We all have our favorites and the good 'ol standbys, ie. AAMK for us military types. I think it'd be great (especially for those of us with a pathetic library who are looking to build a better one ) to have an area with a big booklist that includes things like a short review the pros and cons of each book, how useful the piece is to the portrayers of the period that it represents, etc.

Thoughts?

Hi Johnathan,

This is a fantastic idea, and I will try to make it come about. Look for a change in forums over the weekend, and we will hopefully be starting the suppliers list then as well.

Those who would like to contribute to a suppliers list, please e-mail the administrator with Urls, or phone numbers and addresses for those suppliers not on the web. Also needed would be a review, with a comparison to original objects - if you do not own a product from the supplier yet, you can make a comparison with photos to photos of originals - just note this in your review. Otherwise, we will put unreviewed yet next to the entry.

Hi All again,

I almost forgot! Please e-mail the administrator with any book reccomendations as well. Please include the title, author, publisher, ISBN, and retail price if possible. A brief review of the book is encouraged.

Hey thanks bob! Now I can avoid the "what if I buy it and it sucks" syndrome.
