I'd love to see a list of sutlers, suppliers, armourers, clothiers, potters, tinkers, cobblers, etc. Jeff and I carry a lot of items, but I don't delude myself that what we offer is the only thing that people need.

Should be start the list here, or have a separate list somewhere for reference?

IMO, this is the information I'd like to see:

--------------
Name of Company
Items they sell
Contact info (website address, phone number, location, etc.)
Name of person making referral
Date of last purchase/contact
Notes/comments
------------------

I think this way we can compile a master list of reenactment resources, we'll know who sells what and folk's personal experience in dealing with the company.

I was thinking about putting in a separate vendors page. It would be a nice time saver. All of us I am pretty sure have a preferred merchant web-link page on our regular websites, but this would be a nice thing to have.

Just throwing in my $1.50 (can't buy a bloody thing for two cents you know) I think a seperate suppliers list is a fabulous idea. Especialy since with this crowd I kinda doubt that I'd ever click on a link for a "historical clothier" and find a page of poly cotton T-tunics and dance tights.

How much? Ok, I'll take two.
