I have an italian sallet for sale. It is made of two halves of 14 ga mild steel and the visor is 16 ga. There is no welding in the visor. There is no linen liner, only the riveted leather strip. Price: 650$ canadian

No Kidding! Nice Work! Almost makes me want to do 15th Century just for those Salades... the Gothic Breastplate is gorgeous too, as is the crossbow with windlass!

Thank you for the compliments!

The crossbow have a draw weight probably between 400lbs and 500lbs. I shooted a bolt at 260 meters. I don't know if it's a good range for a crossbow of this draw weight. I don't have good source of information about crossbow.
