coat of plates

footsoldier
and
tent on campaign
Is it possible to get more story on these pics?

The "coat of plates" is Chef's brigandine being worn by Wolf (Chuck).

The Soldier is Glen Kyle in the same brig. (It fits him SO well)

The tent is mine.

Also, look at the pic of the BIG tent. That comfortably held 30-something people during the big feast.

The blue and white tent in the background behind Chuck and Glen, is our Past Tents small Burgundian, which is different from "the tent on campaign". It definitely wasnt't the one that Jeff mentioned being capable of holding 30 some odd people, though it is very roomy.

You want mine? [just kidding] I wouldn't subject you to the personality that I have to deal with, it would be an un-Christian act.

looks very sweet folks.

i really dig your tent set up Jeff, with the way that you displayed the pole arms and armour. was it similarly set up for MTT?

so howabout staging a southern event???? for the rest of us who live south of the mason-dixon line? i'm sure that Glen would be happy to organize it.

How does a winter event in the beautiful mountains of NC sound? Perfect terrain for the Burgundian "chiens de porc" to lose baggage trains.

Pretty...

Hey guys, if we have a March event in MD, a May event in NY, a summer event in WV, a fall event in PA, and a winter event in NC, when are we going to have time to sit around and complain that we have no events to go to?!

Using the perimeter poles as racks is new. I was looking at this: http://www.mediumaevum.com/image/room.jpg when a light went on. No more farby weapons rack that has to be left outside the tent and unloaded every time it rains!

Host it at a time when it doesn't conflict with another event & people will probably come. Not so many of the northerners, I'm thinkin'. Central atlantic has the geographic advantage.
