Hi All,
If you are in the Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana and (I know it is a stretch) Michigan area and are interested in joining a new Living History group that reenacts several periods as part of an educational nonprofit - give me a yell!We have stage combat and fiore classes on Saturdays in Beaver Dam, WI (http://www.scholasaintgeorge.org/sewisconsin/index.html) and will be active this summer and fall with both our own fundraising faires and those that we do in coordination with our joust troupe - The King's Champions. Otto,Actually, for the classes right at the moment, gym clothes and a waster is good. As we are really just getting started with the Fiore and won't really "take off" until after the seminar with Brian Price in May. If you have a stage sword (starfire, et al) we use those in the stage combat classes. Those we are going great guns with.
