Wow- A crew is coming down in mid-March to film Jeffrey for an episode on "Body Armour" for the History Channel's program "Modern Marvels". They want him to describe the function of and demonstrate making medieval armour.

I'm going to be married to a famous guy! I wonder if he'll divorce me when he becomes famous? Will he be able to resist the 19 year old armour groupies lined up outside the door, panting with lust and visions of "Excalibur"?

Hallelujah! At last someone on the History Channel that actually knows what he's talking about!

Alright, that was a wide brush. But I get so tired of History Channel "experts" showing me how to "haaaaaccccck like this, and thrrruuuuusssst like this". Sorry your Lordship, but a real European martial artist would have off your head and a piece of your arse if you stick them out like that in a fight. Please put the white gloves back on and stick to fondling the relics.

Postscript: I just re-read this and think I should also mention that I have seen some folks on there that could easily hand me my head, and a piece of my arse.

They told us the tentative air date would be June 19. I can post the date when it has been confirmed, if anyone is interested.

HEY CONGRATS! im really going to mark it down on my calendar! I recently got the channel on my cable setup and so far have been able to watch but one skimpy pre-1600 show! Please DO keep us informed of the show
