I was searching addall and came across the following book. Thought some of you may be interested. Dispatches with Related Documents of Milanese Ambassadors in France and Burgundy, 1450 - 1483. Volume One: 1450 - 1460. Volume Two: 1460 - 1461
Below is the description from bibliofind.

Ohio University Press, 1971. 2 vols. Ex-libris plates to inside front covers, o/wise good. Worn dj to vol. two, vol. one lacks a dj. B/W plates. lvi, 390pp; xxx, 486pp. history historical politics political 15th fifteenth century europe european state government italy italian milan france french burgundian AUD60.00
The 60 Australian dollars translates to 31 bucks.

Also saw some 15th century manuscripts for sale by Heritage book Shop. One was 150,000.00 and the other was 125,000.00.

Hope this is of interest to someone!

Hi Chef,

Most welcome! I hope it's worthwhile. Please let us know if it's any good. Or bad for that matter.

I just snagged the two volume set. Do you realize it is supposed to have 10?!

As Keeanu Reeves said in the movie The Matrix:

woah...

I will have to seek out the other 8 volumes assuming of course that they were ever printed. I surely hope so as these two only cover from 1450-1461. But we'll take what we can get.

Thanks,
Jenn

Hey Jenn, the rest of the volumes must have been printed, because I saw another set on addall a few weeks ago. By the time I got around to attempting to order they had been sold; but, I believe there were 8 volumes in the other one (probably the rest of your set). I'll keep my eyes open for the later dated sections.

Must have been something else with a similar title. (or it's my handwriting--I keep a list of books I find, but don't/can't secure--maybe that was a 3, hmmmm )
Anyhow, I'll keep my eyes open...

Ah well, I did manage to snag Volume III as well. It only covers March through June in 1466.

If only three volumes were printed, the intent was to translate 8.

Thanks for posting it Sir Dan.
