This is by no means a complete list, as virtually all saints are patrons to a long list of protectees. I've just pulled out the ones that I thought applied to those on FireStryker.

St. Barbara- artillery men, brewers, armourers (Dec. 4)
St. Catherine of Alexandria- old maids, scholars and spinners. (Nov. 25)
St. Cecelia- musicians and makers of musical instruments ( Nov. 22)
St. Christoper- archers (July 25)
St. Clare- embroidery workers, and is invoked for good weather (August 12)
St. Cosmas- doctors, surgeons, and midwives (Sept. 27)
Sts. Crispian and Crispinian- shoemakers, glove makers and weavers (Oct. 25)
St. Cuthbert- sheperds (March 20)
St. Eligius- metalworkers, cutlers (Dec. 1)
St. Eulogius- carpenters (March 11)
St Fiacre- pewterers (August 30th)
St. Giles of Egidius- spur makers (Sept. 1)
St. Gregory the Great- singers and scholars (March 12)
St Hubert- hunters (Nov. 3)
St. Irene - young girls (June 28)
St. Jerome- students ( Sept 30)
St. Joseph- carpenters (March 19)
St. Julian- fiddlers, shepherds, pilgrims ( Feb 12)
St. Louis- button makers, embroidery workers (Aug. 25)
St. Luke- doctors, painters, lacemakers, artists in general, particularly those who use colour and brush (Oct. 18)
St. Martin- horsemen (Nopvember 11)
St. Matthias- carpenters, repentant drunkards ( Feb 24)
St. Maurice- dyers (Sept 22)
St. Michael- swordsmen (Sept 29)
St. Nicholas- scholars, brewers, pilgrims (Dec. 6)
St Sebaldus is invoked against the cold (Aug 19)
St. Wolfgang- carpenters (June 7)

dont forget my personal favorite, Sainta Martha...patron saint of cooks and housewives (and tasteful decorations? )

Don't forget St Brigid. (Formally the Goddess Brigid before she was demoted by the Catholics to a mere Saint). She's the patron Saint of Blacksmiths, Bards, and Healers. Her day is Feb 2nd.
