Friends and family, I'm proud to announce the extension of a new tradition: a Spring mid-15th century event similar to the Fall "Michaelmas" events we've had in September 2002 and 2003.

This event will be held at Marietta Mansion in Glenn Dale, Maryland on 26-28 March, 2004. This is the same site where Marching Through Time (MTT) is held every April.

All and sundry are invited to attend. You may have heard the buzz about PPII here, on the Medieval Enthusiast and the Armour Archive. We hope this event will be just as much fun (but with much less rain!). Come join us in our mid-15th century madness!

Details to follow. Watch this space.

Kass

What's up with this.
Is anyone planning on it?

This event didn't work out logistically.
Next tentative event we are trying for is working out a site possibly for a later spring event here in New England.

Appreciate if you'd let us know soon. Us central East-coasties are locking in our schedules. This year Jamestown is March 20th and 21st. MTT is on April 17th and April 18th. We've discussed the 3rd or 4th week of May for an event so that we can recover from the previous events. If the N. easties aren't hosting a spring event, we would like to know, as we'd need to start planning a East central one fairly soon.

Scott,
I do not believe the fall one is canceled. I think the one for the spring was a suggestion dependent on the "N easties" as Jeff J has dubbed us.

We are in the process of evaluating a site in New England for a North East event and will publish details as soon as they are available.
