God knows why, but I've been siezed by a desire to make one of these. would anyone here have any measurements taken from extant examples?

Sounds like a "No".

You'd figure that these would be pretty beefy, though, wouldn't ya? After all it's almost exclusively a Joust helm.

Dave, contact Jeff directly. He's working on one for himself right now (I think it has a raised skull but I'm not certain) and I'm sure he'll help you out.
