I'm looking for references for or sources to buy accurate rebated(don't want to hurt anyone) spear heads for my impression. Burgundian or English type.

If you are looking for just a basic spear, then the Museum Replicas viking isn't too bad for the money. For rebating, you can grind the tip off. I'd recommend grinding it off using a nickel as a guide.
