Not sure if I spelled those right (I've seen about 8 ways so far)...

Anyway, I am about to make my own and was wondering what would be the proper weight of linen. I might even make a ho0d and/or St. Louis type shirt .

Thanks in advance for being ever helpful. I should have a pic of my full kit (civilian and military) ready by the end of the month.

I use a medium to heavy weight for mine, say a 6-7 oz...

For shirts I usually use something light, like a 3.5 oz.
