This is a practical article on fitting hose to the lower part of your leg. I've tried it and it worked for me. It's not a pattern as such, more like a method to draw your own pattern, fitted to your own legs.

Additionally there have been some threads on late period hose here (if I recall correctly). I believe some of the information I got from it pointed to a change in the shaping of the foot ca. 16th c. I'm not sure there were any significant changes between 12-13th c. hose and the ones in those websites.
