I have a high gothic cuirass from german Master Armourer Peter Müller for Sale. The breastplate is made of hardened spring steel, 14g, inpenetrable for any blows. Backplate is made of 16g mild. Internal leathers are made of buckskin. Breast and backplate are made in the south german style, ca 1470-80. The breastplate was based on the composite harness for Waldemar v. Anhalt-Zerbst in the RA, Leeds, the backplate based on cat. no. 18, Stadtmuseum München.

The cuirass was made for me when I weighed 120 kg, at 6 feet 2 inches (188cm). Circumfences: Waist 42,9 inches (109cm), breast 45,3 inches (115cm). Distance waist- neckline 16.9 inches (43cm). Price: 1800 EUR plus 40 EUR shipping (surface) or 70 EUR (airmail).
