I've just finished Jeffrey's new clothing for this season, so we're selling off his old kit.

Please note: All items are in very good/excellent condition. I'm selling them because I've committed to making Jeff new clothes every year, and it's a waste to allow last year's wardrobe to sit and gather dust in our closet when someone else could get good use out of them.

15th C. doublet: Black chenille velvet brocade w/metallic thread, lined in black linen. Fibre content unknown but speculate it to be cotton/rayon/metallic?. Chest 40", Waist 36" at bellybutton. This doublet is slightly long on Jeffrey, so it will probably fit someone up to about 5' 11":

Lightly worn/nearly new, no holes, wear spots or damage. Freshly dry cleaned $150

------------

15th C. doublet: Black raw silk chevron twill lined in black linen. Chest 40", Waist 36" at bellybutton. Same pattern as above except yoke collar is rounded rather than pointed in back. This doublet is also slightly long on Jeffrey, so it will probably fit someone up to about 5' 11":

Lightly worn, no holes or damage but silk is slightly rubbed on arms. Freshly dry cleaned -$75

--------------------------

15th C. Pleated coat. Dark burgundy coloured cotton velvet lined in black linen. Sleeve slits and neckline bordered with faux fur. Jeffrey made this one himself. Fits over doublets above, generously cut sleeves will probably fit over mahoitred doublets of anyone's manufacture. Pleats held in place with stay tapes, hook front closure. (Please forgive the picture, Jeff is obviously modelling it in just jeans and a T shirt!)

Lightly worn, no holes, wear spots or damage. Freshly dry cleaned $150

-------------------

15th C. Pleated coat. Blood red "cut velvet" exterior, brilliant blue silk lining. Size Large will fit 44" chest, 37/8" waist. I made this for Jeff for the the Armouries joust in April, where he wore it for the 5 days of competition. I'm selling it because I rushed and made him the wrong size. It is too big on him so I've made him a new coat and selling this one off. Hook front closure.

Worn for one event only, so this garment is nearly new. Pristine condition with no holes, wear spots or damage. $250 (This coat would sell for $395 if new and unworn! You save $145 because I was in a rush and didn't double check my pattern size before construction. )

Thanks for looking!

Gwen
