I haven't received anything yet but I'm in discussion with them for a couple of items. Tomm (their contact) is credibly fluent in english but you need to keep requests clear and sentences simple.

His communication is good. Usually responds in a couple of days.

I like to buy most of my stuff from one supplier but I also like to test other suppliers as well. I may order something small from them to see what they are like.

hi there!

myself and our group do lots of business with tomm.

i have to say that i am very pleased with what you get for your money! the beltmounts sometimes seem a bit "cheap", but not all of them. and the clothes, while very well done, dont always fit perfectly. but the better and more measurements you give him, the better the result, of course the arming cloths are well done also. you just have to remove the laces and sewn your own point-holes.

all in all, tomm is a super guy to do business with and you get a lot for what you pay. his stuff is way better than what most more expensive shops offer elsewhere. and i can really recommend his brass lamps!

)

*thumbs up*

I've waited a couple of weeks too. However, they may be on summer holiday. It is not uncommon for traditional europeans to take the last and first weeks of July/Aug off or even most of August. It's not as common as it used to be. But it's possible.

Ask Kanzlr if he'd be willing to translate for you. It could be a communication issue.

They just could be swamped too. Sometimes if folks have too many commissions, they tend to not respond to anyone until they have some room. (Maybe not a good business practice, but it happens.)

Let us know if you hear anything. I'm interested in the jack chains he has. He's probably the only supplier I've seen who has them.

Tomm just contacted me and said he didn't get any of my emails so we are good. He seems a nice guy. Maybe my emails were going into his junk box...I don't know. I will probably order from him soon.
