Looks very good!
You don´t have to hide from the European groups! Especially as it is harder to get a hold of material here in Canada as in Europe!

Thanks Martin!

We worked hard since several years to find the most authentic material for our renacting. And of course, here it's not easy to make high quality renacting!

We are happy to make your pleasure!

Yes you have done a very good job saw your site on the internal forum of the 1476 Städtisches-Aufgebot site. Wouldn´t mind seeing you folks at an event as the Swiss and southern German area of the 15th century is also my interest although admitatly more on the civilian side of display.

Dear Martin,

I know the 1476 Stadtishes Aufgebot group. They are very accurate and authentic. They really make a good an impressionning job.

I'm very curious about what they say...Do they only speak German? Is it possible to be a member of this Forum?

Thanks!
Evelyne

Hi Evelyne,
well I am still a member of 1476 Städtisches Aufgebot even though now at a very long distance! :-)
The majority of them speak only german with some school english. That forum is actually though as a internal message board for members only, so it is only in German. But I still have all my stuff that I brought into the group and if you are interested you can have a look as I have been with them for a wee while :-) For example I have all the copies of the "Bott" which was a group internal magazine and various other things they are still using on their homepage.
But what they have is the result of years of reseach and work, also in Europe where you can find tonnes of material easily it takes time to make something good out of it.
For more details you can reach me under the following e-mail address:

OT:
Hi Evelyne, The forum supports special keyboard characters, so if you want to write in German, French, etc..., you may.

The board does not currently support machine translations, so the rest of us, if we wanted to read a language other than English, would have to use a translation tool or have the capability of reading another language.
