Hi there,

I am an old Mercenary Companie of Le Puy, I served at the Fete de Roi de Loiseau (forgive my bad spelling) from 1988 - 1991.

What a wonderful town.

I imagine you must know Dave McGrath, he was with us and liked the place so much he moved there to run a bar and restaurant.

we had happy happy times with the freedom of the town, the people were very friendly and welcoming. I also remember the honour of being presented with the medals for service by the Mayor at the civic hall.

The things we got up to make me smile to this day.

If you do know Dave please get him to drop me a line,
