Since Anne-Marie will be attending Pennsic this year (yeah!), she and I are currently planning a cooking class. The class will be on 15th C. camp cookery over a fire. No Coleman stoves, no BBQ's, just period food cooked with period kitchenwear, in historically correct vessels over a fire.

It will be a hands-on class which will produce 4-8 dishes, and there will be an accompanying handout.

Class size will probably be fairly limited; just thought I'd let you know so you can watch for it.

Anne-marie is the Double Peer Cooking Goddess™ so she gets to set up the class with the SCA. I'm sure she'll post more info as it becomes available.

I haven't taught a class at Pennsic in a century or more, so I'm not up on how they handle signups and whatnot. In any case, the folks here will have advance notice.

Thanks for the vote of confidence!
