For the better part of last year, Patri battled cancer. He was a unique and wonderful person who was heavily involved in the vintage dance scene and was involved in historical martial arts and re-enactment. He was a founder of the Salem Tiger Zouaves, and had been the baron of Carolingia for a number of years as well.

We were blessed for knowing him and are saddened by his loss.

He is survived by his wife Barbara and their two children, Antonia and Julia.
