Does anyone know if there is any sort of thing like an e-bay for new and secondhand medieval goods??? I wonder if there are enough medievalists worldwide to make it feasable?

Do you mean reproductions or real antiques?

I bought a couple of old bronze pieces from the Roman era last year. Love them.

There are tons or reproductions.

Hi Ulfgar,

Shortly we will have a merchants forum. The list of merchants I believe will be juried, so as to be LH or high grade reenactment quality.

Would the future merchants' board for Firestryker also have a place for second-hand stuff? It would be great to have a place where people could unload their old munition-grade armor after they take delivery of their brand new custom harness, for example...

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz *snort*! I'm sorry, I think I fell asleep behind the virtual wheel.

I've had my creative energies concentrating on a Flash Project at work, so haven't been lurking.

Let's see...

As Chef said, we are planning a Merchants area for goods and services. I don't think it would be too much of a problem to setup a "Want Ads" section. I will have to set down some ground rules on the section too. For example: it has to be re-enactment LH type items. No cars or non-LH/RE gear.

I'll give it some thought this weekend.
