Hi All,

many of you may or may not be aware, that this Friday the 14th is a show of solidarity in the US. People are being asked to wear red, white, and blue and to display the American Flag. Like the articles that Gwen and Brenna shared with us, and the iron in the words of our allies, it is to show our antagonists (being polite) that we are one people in the face of diversity.

Cheers,

Jenn

Addendum:

US citizens are being asked to fly the American flag for the next 30 Days to show unity. (per CNN scrolling notation)

I have mine.

Our flag went up Tuesday.

My entire corporation is joining in wearing Red, White and Blue. It came on corporate email from our CEO.

Rory, my SO, works for Cisco Systems, they have already donated $6 million for assistance.

My dressage club is collecting donations and buying vet wrap and dog boots for the search and rescue dog teams.
