Just to head off the questions, no, I have not lost my mind....

I just got an order from some guy named "James Presley III" who gives his address as "Nashville, TN."

Wasn't Elvis from Nashville? Think this guy could be related?? Anyone know anything about Elvis Presley's family??

It doesn't make a difference, I'm just curious.

Hi Gwen,

I guess this is possible. I am no expert on Elvis, or his family, but if I remember aright, he was an only son, and his only child was a daughter. It could very well be a second or third cousin though.

And, as any who have ever tilted before know, Elvis is in fact the Patron Saint of Jousting, presiding over all mounted tournaments everywhere...

Elvis was an only child but his father had at least one brother. My Significant Other grew up with his first cousin Jerry Presley in (of all places) the southside of Chicago.

Where in this world can man find nobility without pride, friendship without envy, beauty without vanity? Here, where grace is laced with muscle, and strength by gentleness confined. He serves without servility; he has fought without enmity. There is nothing so powerful, nothing less violent; there is nothing so quick, nothing so patient. England's past has been borne on his back. All our history is his industry: we are his heirs, he is our inheritance. Ladies and gentlemen: The Horse! - Robert Duncan's "Tribute to the Horse"
