I was reading the news this morning and this article appeared as a sidebar-

a replica of Rome's ancient Coliseum constructed from around 10 million used aluminium cans in Rome January 12, 2001.

Very interesting. I did check this out when you first posted it. Good cause. I wonder how many people would buy a piece of it though.
