Does anyone know of a source of pre-hybrid old rose plants? I'm looking for Rosa Alba, Rosa Mundi, etc. We are going to be getting a house this fall (thank goodness, out of the apartment at last) and I'm in the process of putting together an entirely medieval garden. I have all my herbs, etc lined up but I really want to have some true roses to round things out. I don't see any reason to ruin things with with modern hybrid tea roses. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Brenna -------------------- Where in this world can man find nobility without pride, friendship without envy, beauty without vanity? Ginevra,Thanks you so much, those are great sources! I have always been fascinated by old roses and I can't wait to start growing them. Potpourri, beads, rose hip tea all from my own garden. What fun! Brenna -------------------- Where in this world can man find nobility without pride, friendship without envy, beauty without vanity?
