I am trying to put together a decent personal library on the middle ages (primarily focusing on the 14th century and knighthood). What are some good books to start out with?

What do you want to use your library for?
Are you a historian, a reenactor, an armourer?

Do you want info on battles or customs or clothes or cooking or everything?

A bit of all of the above. I am getting started in Living History and would like to build a sufficient library so that I can research a decent persona and be able to answer peoples questions. I'm fairly squared away on armour (a close friend of mine owns Clang Armory).
