There are only a couple of surviving pieces from that area as far as I recall, so you really need to rely on the analysis of period art and writings. Although extensive research has been done, especially in Poland, very little of it has been translated.
There are numerous publications dealing with art and effigies from Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany which are of value and much of the literature on German armour is valid also for the parts which were under the Holy Roman Empire in the 14th century, centred on Prague.Here is a list of directly relevant armour literature;

This last one is a bit further East, but I haven't seen it, so I don't know if it is of any use. If anyone has a copy, I would love to hear about it's contents.
