I am interested in having a Klapvisor Bascinet made. Could anyone please refer me to a good site that is currently selling?

Hi Woodcrafter,

How good do you want it? Or, to put it this way, how exacting the replica? There are some decent, middleing price items, but exacting replications are near a thousand or more, depending.

Most of the better armourers do bespoke pieces, rather than making stock items. Historic Enterprises has a few side pivoting houndskulls that are probably at the top end of an off the shelf item, for several hundreds less than a thousand.
